Pixies to Release Doolittle Expanded 25th Anniversary Edition

This year, the Pixies‘ seminal album Doolittle celebrates its 25 anniversary. To mark the occasion, the band has announced Pixies: Doolittle 25, an expanded version of the LP compiling all of the B-sides, demos, and radio recordings associated with the album’s sessions – nearly half of which have never seen commercial release. (That’s Vaughan Oliver‘s updated artwork, above). It’s out December 2 in North America (December 1 internationally) on 3xCD, 2xLP, or digitally, via 4AD.

Doolittle 25 features 50 tracks: the original album, two Peel Sessions, six B-sides, the entire album’s demos, and seven bonus tracks. Check out the full tracklist and preorder details over at the Pixies’ website.
