Radiohead Artist Stanley Donwood Shares "Burn the Witch" Behind-the-Scenes Shots

Radiohead just released the video for their new song “Burn the Witch,” a “Trumpton“-meets-The Wicker Man stop-motion horror story. Now, Stanley Donwood (the artist behind Radiohead’s artwork since 1994) has shared some behind-the-scenes photos from the shoot. See them and watch the “Burn the Witch” video below. Update (1:00 p.m.): “Burn the Witch” director Chris Hopewell has shared a note about the video on Instagram. He says, “The whole video was conceived, designed, built and animated in 14 days,” and that it was finished just last week. Read his full post and see more behind-the-scenes shots below.

So I guess we just made a Radiohead video! It’s for their new track ‘Burn the Witch’. Thank you all for your kind words – it does mean a lot to know it’s going down well. The whole video was conceived, designed, built and animated in 14 days, we finished last Thursday. I am immensely proud of everyone that worked their asses off on it – for many of them it was their first film. I shall introduce them in later posts… But for now thank you!
