RiFF RAFF Says He’ll Perform at Trump’s Inaugural Ball for $50k

The vast majority of artists in the rap community have come out vehemently against President-Elect Donald Trump. Earlier this week, ScHoolboy Q performed YG and Nipsey Hussle’s “FDT” at a tour stop in Melbourne. Yesterday, Russell Simmons warned Trump that he will be watched closely, saying, “We will be watching you to make sure that your power does not corrupt the entire union.” But not everyone seems to share that position. Rapper RiFF RAFF revealed today that he’s willing to perform at Trump’s Inaugural Ball for $50,000. Watch the video below, via TMZ. “I’m in America. And I was born in America. And I love money. So why wouldn’t I?” he said. “I’ve had enough money taken away from me by the government, why shouldn’t I perform?” He later adds that he doesn’t care if “a pack of Starburst” is the president as long as he pays less taxes.
