Rock Hall 2017: Steve Perry Appears With Journey for First Time in 12 Years

Steve Perry reunited with Journey tonight at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Brooklyn. While Perry did not join the band to perform (the last time Perry appeared with Journey was in 2005), he did appear on stage to accept his induction and deliver a speech. After being inducted into the Hall of Fame by Train singer Patrick Monahan and delivering a series of acceptance speeches, the band took the stage to perform “Separate Ways,” “Don’t Stop Believing,” and more, with current vocalist Arnel Pineda, who has been singing for the band since 2007. Tonight also marked the first time Perry and Pineda have met; see photos from that moment below.
