Savages Play New Song "Adore": Video

In January, Savages played a number of small room shows in New York City where they unveiled some new material. Now, you can watch footage of the band performing a new song called “Adore” during their show at Mercury Lounge. Check it out below via Stereogum.

“This song is called ‘Adore’,” lead singer Jehnny Beth said at the beginning. “It’s about about life and death. When you put life in the balance with death—when someone is dying, when you feel your death, and then you realize life has so much importance. So it may sound negative, but it’s actually a positive song.”
