SBTRKT’s Album Cover Comes to Life in Video for Ezra Koenig Collab "New Dorp. New York"

SBTRKT‘s upcoming record Wonder Where We Land features a collaboration with Vampire Weekend‘s Ezra Koenig titled “New Dorp. New York”. That song now has a video, which can be watched. The clip features the creature from the album cover “roaming the surreal, shadow filled streets of an imagined American metropolis,” according to a press release. It was was created by Fons Schiedon. 

SBTRKT also confirmed the album will be out October 7 in the U.S. on Young Turks and on September 29 abroad, pushed back from September 23. Along with Koenig, it features Caroline Polachek, Jessie Ware, A$AP Ferg, Sampha, Raury, Koreless, and Denai Moore.
