The National Share Video for New Song “The System Only Dreams in Total Darkness”: Watch
The National have just shared a new music video for their brand new single, “The System Only Dreams in Total Darkness.” The drone-shot video was directed by Casey Reas. Watch it below. The song appears on the band’s forthcoming seventh album Sleep Well Beast, which is out September 8 via 4AD. Find the album’s tracklist and artwork here. The band has been teasing the follow-up to 2013’s Trouble Will Find Me with posters and mysterious clips. In November, they will perform at Pitchfork Music Festival Paris and curate one full day.
