Ticketmaster Lawsuit Means Free Bob Dylan, the Cure, Kurt Vile Shows and More

Last week, Ticketmaster announced that anybody who purchased tickets from the company between 1999 to 2013 is eligible for free or discounted tickets. The vouchers come as a result of a class-action lawsuit, Schlesinger v. Ticketmaster, that was brought over “deceptive” descriptions of the company’s service fees. Now, Ticketmaster has revealed the shows for which the company is giving away vouchers for free tickets, discounted tickets, and discounted shipping, as Gawker points out. Fans can get tickets to see the Cure, Kurt Vile, Bob Dylan, Modest Mouse, Ryan Adams, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Joan Jett, the Beach Boys, Weezer, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Hall and Oates, Brand New, and many more acts. Passes to specific events are available on a first-come, first-served basis. See the full list of eligible events here. Check “Active Vouchers” under “Your Account” at Ticketmaster to see what vouchers you have.
