Watch David Lynch and Kyle MacLachlan in a New Short Film
David Lynch appears in A New Sunrise Over Sunset, a new short film directed by Shaniqwa Jarvis. The surreal film offers a first look into a new Los Angeles hotel, The James West Hollywood – Sunset, which partnered with the David Lynch Foundation and Dazed Media for the project. The film is split into three vignettes—titled “Connection,” “Consciousness,” and “Community”—and features voiceovers from Lynch and “Twin Peaks” star Kyle MacLachlan. It also features appearances from artist and designer Cali DeWitt (the man behind Kanye’s Life of Pablo merch), singer/songwriter/producer James Fauntleroy, visual artist Brendan Fowler (aka BARR), vocalist Nia Andrews, and more.
