Watch the Rolling Stones Cover the Beatles’ “Come Together” at Desert Trip

The Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan headlined the first night of Desert Trip, a mega-concert held at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, CA (where Coachella is also staged). During the course of the Rolling Stones’ performance, the band covered the Beatles’ “Come Together” (from Abbey Road) for the first time, according to Rolling Stone. You can watch footage from their performance below. Tonight, Paul McCartney and Neil Young will play Desert Trip. Roger Waters and the Who will close out the festival on Sunday. Earlier this week, the Rolling Stones announced a new album called Blue & Lonesome, out December 2 on Polydor.
