Cursive Announce The Ugly Organ Reissue, Tour
Cursive‘s 2003 album The Ugly Organ is getting an expanded and remastered reissue. It’s out November 24 via Saddle Creek, and it comes with eight additional tracks that were originally intended for the album.
The Omaha band have also announced a tour, which will take them across North America in early 2015. Find those dates below.
The album will be available as a 2xCD set and as a double LP on 180-gram vinyl. The included booklet comes with rare photos, artwork, handwritten lyrics, and an introduction from Kyle Ryan (currently an editor at Entertainment Weekly, formerly of the AV Club).
The eight additional tracks, which appear on the second disc, previously were released in the band’s singles, the Saddle Creek 50 compilation, and their 8 Teeth To Eat You split with Eastern Youth.
