Mac DeMarco Covers "This Guy’s In Love With You" for Video Introducing New Guitarist
Mac DeMarco has shared a cover of Herb Alpert’s Burt Bacharach/Hal David-penned song “This Guy’s In Love With You” in a music video that also introduces his new guitarist, Andrew Charles White. In the video, White explores New York City while wearing one of those “I <3 NY” shirts, doing push-ups in public and waving an American flag. Watch it below.
The YouTube description reads: “In this clip, Andy discovers the sights, sounds and flavour of New York City. I peed my pants, I shit my pants, I am the donkey boy with the tiny penis. God Bless.”
Update: In other Mac news, it has been revealed that he’ll perform at the traveling Laneway Festival in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore in early 2015. But that’s not all… DeMarco’s mother, Agnes, will also be along for the ride, serving as the festival’s MC. When Tweeting a link to the announcement on Speaker TV, DeMarco wrote, “#breakingnews#blessedmother#poopypants.”
