N.W.A. Biopic Straight Outta Compton Gets New Trailer
During tonight’s airing of the 57th Grammy Awards, a new trailer for the forthcoming N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton was revealed. The new clip features an introduction from Dr. Dre and Ice Cube with a cameo from Kendrick Lamar. Watch it below.
Straight Outta Compton is out August 14.
As previously reported, the classically-trained actor Marcus Callender will play Dr. Dre, Ice Cube’s son, O’Shea Jackson Jr., will portray his father, and Eazy-E will be portrayed by New Orleans-based actor Jason Mitchell. F. Gary Gray will direct.
