Son Lux Announce New Album Bones, Share “Change Is Everything”

Ryan Lott has expanded his Son Lux project into a trio featuring Ian Chang on drums and Rafiq Bhatia on guitar. They’ve announced a new album called Bones, the follow-up to 2013′s Lanterns and last year’s Alternate Worlds EP, due June 23 via Glassnote. The band also shared the album’s first song, “Change Is Everything”, which you can listen to over at NPR.

Additionally, Son Lux also performed at the first of Pitchfork’s SXSW parties at House of Vans at the Mohawk on March 18. Below, watch them do “Ransom”, from Lanterns.
