The Smiths/The Cranberries Project D.A.R.K. Share New Song "Loosen the Noose": Listen

Last month, Andy Rourke (the Smiths‘ bassist) and Dolores O’Riordan (frontwoman of the Cranberries) announced they had formed a new band with New York-based DJ Olé Koretsky, D.A.R.K. They also shared their first song, “Curvy,” and announced their debut record Science Agrees, which is out May 27 via Cooking Vinyl. Now, they’ve released another cut from the album, “Loosen the Noose,” as Stereogum points out. Hear it and see their upcoming tour dates below.

Andy Rourke recently played bass on Let Me Get What I Want, the new Smiths-inspired album from James Franco’s band Daddy.
