A$AP Rocky Sued by Fan Over Alleged Crowd Surfing Injury

A$AP Rocky is being sued by a fan who claims A$AP Mob‘s Young Shabba fractured her vertebra while trying to crowd surf at an A$AP Ferg concert in 2013, TMZ reports. Krystina Clowes is seeking at least $75 thousand for the incident, from which she says she may never recover. Although Rocky wasn’t directly involved, Clowes claims the group’s history of stage diving makes them all responsible.

A$AP Rocky was previously charged with assault over allegedly slapping a female concertgoer at 2013′s Made in America Fest in Philadelphia.

This March, in another crowd surfing incident, A$AP Mob was sued by a woman claiming she’d been injured at the group’s 2013 performance at the Fonda Theater in Hollywood.
